online forms...

i'm hoping to add some forms to my site to help streamline some of my processes. specifically, i'm looking to generate a general inquiry form with the ability to pay a deposit and i'm also looking to create an online contract with digital signature capabilities.

at this point - at least, from what i understand - wufoo is the only option that is integrated with smugmug. can anyone confirm this for me? and, if possible, can anyone recommend any alternative applications that might work?

    Yes, Wufoo is the only form (option) that is available as a content block.

    If you want to use online forms from another source then you will need to place them outside of your SmugMug site. You could style the page to match your site, but the URL will need to be different. If the form vendor you choose allows you to use your own URL you could use a subdomain for the forms.
