I have some very basic video questions for premeire users.
Like... is there a way to automatically apply transitions to an entire project?
Is there a way to edit levels, or other things like that to video clips?
Any good groups, resources I could look at for help?

Try:
1) Change the Default Transition
Select the desired transition. Click the options button (top right of the Effects window) and choose Set Default Transition.]
2) Select - All (ctl A) cuts in the timeline then:
3) Sequence - Apply Default Transition to Selection
