smugmug no longer viewable on ipad or phone

I am no longer able to view my SmugMug site on my iPad or iPhone
because it requires some new version of flash. When I try to download
the new version, it turns out my devices are not compatible.

I have resisted upgrading to the newer ios versions. Is this the only
way to bring back the capability of viewing SmugMug?

    Hi Tony,

Your site comes right up with my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad 3rd Gen. http://take.ms/IBTzl, I suspect this is an issue with your currnet version of iOS and upgrading will resolve this. If you continue to experience trouble seeing your site from your phone or iPad please write into help@smugmug.com and include the link you're trying to view, the device you're using the current operating system for the device and any other info. I'm pretty confident that updating iOS will resolve this issue though.

How are you viewing SmugMug on your iPad and iPhone? SmugMug doesn't use Flash, except in some very specific cases, so the error message seems weird.

The problem came to light when my grandsons started baseball this year
and I photographed a practice game. The photographs were put in a gallery
and a link to the gallery was emailed to one grandson. When opening the gallery
link in his iPhone 5, and when I open it on my iPad mini, the devices say that
updated Flash is needed, but the devices are not compatible. My iPad is ios7, but I don't
know the version for the iPhone.

I never bothered to upgrade to ios8 since it seems to be buggy.

SmugMug links work fine on my desktop.

    So, we're using Dropbox instead.

The full screen slideshow or whatever you link to uses Flash and Apple products don't have Flash.
If it's the gallery style you'll have to switch styles or provide them the actual gallery link.

Edit: I see the gallery in Smugmug style, just link them to the gallery.

I'm sorry, but I don't follow. I did provide a link to just the gallery. That
link in in my post above.

I don't know what you mean by "switch styles".

    The gallery style is OK.
This is the link to the gallery.

The link you provided from the "Share" gallery is actually a Flash fullscreen slideshow.
In the Share popup the gallery link is at the top and slideshow link at the bottom.

As Allen pointed out, you should be linking to the actual gallery and not to the slideshow. The slideshow uses flash and is the reason why they won't load on the iPad and iPhone. The gallery link will work on all devices. You can get the link to the gallery from your browsers address bar, or you can click on "Share", then go to the "Gallery" tab and choose the first link, for "Gallery Link".

If you want to link to a specific photo, you can use the first link on the "Photo" tab.

Tony, did you mean to respond differently? Your post from earlier this evening was repeated again. Are you still confused after my explanation?

I was confused as to what I was seeing from the link. Then realized it had nothing to do with gallery
style and was the fullscreen slideshow link from the Share box.

OK, I get it now. I was unaware that I used a "slideshow" link and not
just the gallery link that I normally use. I've been putting gallery links
into emails to send the boys the photographs from their baseball games
for several years, and they've worked fine.

I did not intend to do anything different in this last link, but evidently
    chose the wrong link.

    Thanks for the help.
