The geyser basins in Yellowstone must be the textbook definition for " surreal ".

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Cool shots Tom!
They have a nice *rust junkie* quality about them.... without the all the slider work!

Still waiting for the dang thing to blow up... lol!

Thanks, Rags. The colors are right out of the camera. In fact, the colors in those basins are mesmerizing.

I sure appreciate your support, Taz. Abstract work seems to dominate my efforts these days.

    Take care,

I hear you, my friend. The colors splashed all around those basins don't need any slider help.

Incidentally, good things are worth waiting for.

    See you,

    Tom

Otherworldly is a very apropos description. When I'm out in Yellowstone, I'm like a one-eyed cat in a seafood store....can't take it all in and don't know where to look next.

    Take care,

    Tom

Boy, Mary, it's sure great to hear from you. I hope you and John are enjoying the holiday season. How about sending a shot or two our way every now and then?

    Take care,

    Tom
