Thanks, everyone. It's not too clear in this shot, but what's in the frame is supposed to be a five Euro bill. Not sure whether the artist meant that to be the catch or the bait .
I don't think it's Banksy. Might be Blu--I've seen bills and shopping carts in other stuff he's done, but I haven't been able to pin this one down yet. Might also be an imitator. I'll do a little more research later today and let you know if I find out.

This name appears on the left/behind the subject caricature of your image. (The handle of the shopping cart in the graffiti.)
