Showing just a single folder separate from other folders

Webiste is long over due for a mini overhaul and this is my first thing. Please bear in mind I have not made any changes to my site in like over two years so I am aware that some features are new and as I get back to the editing side of my page, several featuers have been added.

So here's my question.

First - Here's the page for context purposes http://www.makeitabradford.com/Concerts

Second - Scroll all the way down to the bottom where the Folders are - there is one called "College Street Music Hall"

Question: How (if possible) can I have a block that has only that folder "College Street Music Hall" at the top of all the galleries which sit above the folders?

Follow these steps:
1) navigate to that page ("Concerts") - just note that MY screenshots below were done for adding the Folder to the Home Page

2) Click on Customise > Content & Design


3) Choose "Just this page" or "Make this ***** Custom"
The changes you make, you want to only apply the the page you are on.

4) Look below and make sure you have the "Content" tab active. Scroll down to the "Add Content Blocks" section ... and find "Folders"


5) click and drag the "Folders" name onto your page and position it to be above your other folders block. Look for the thin green line. You may also see a four way arrow to help you position it.

6) You will probably get all of your folders repeated in this new folder content block. Click on the wrench in the top left corner


7) Make sure you are on the "BASICS" tab and click on the "Select From" in the menu list and choose "Folders I Choose"


8) now navigate to and select the folder that you want to appear here ("College Street Music Hall")

9) you may have to muck about with alignments etc to get it just as you want???????????

10) Done/Done/Publish Changes
