I've tried to sell this a couple of times with no luck. At this point, it is completely useless to me, and I realize, not of much value to anyone.

Here's the deal:

For sale - if for some reason you want this, weird project, old rebel fetish, whatever; toss me an offer, lowballs welcome.

For trade - there's some little Nikon bits I could use for my D2h: bigger rubber eyecup, video out cap, plastic hotshoe cover, dare I say a cheap remote release?

For free? - if we have a student or somehow worthy dgrinner out there who could use this for a class/whatever, that'd be great too (a small shipping donation would be nice).

BTW, it works great and as far as film bodies go, its pretty good. Happens to be a date back as well. Has a brand new eyecup, battery is less than a year old and I think there's even a roll of film in it. Someone get this thing off my shelf! (I'll dust it first, promise :D)

    Hello,

My father (aporia) told me about this offer. I'm a first year photo student at the University of Memphis. I'm using a loaned AE-1, but the in-camera meter is broken. I just started a job as the campus newspaper photographer, but have very little money right now. This camera would make me very happy. I'd pay for shipping.

    PM me, please.

    I'll reply to your PM.

You think if we start offering more free stuff, other noobs will come out of the woodwork?

Hey, I'm a Highschool student graduating this year. I use mostly film and a canon would work great for my end of the year project. If you really are gonna give it for free I'll give you $25 plus shipping costs for it.
