I visit the Dolomites two times a year in June and in September/October. The Dolomites are amazing mountains as they are so vertical and dramatic. There are so many beautiful locations and is really worth a visit.

Here are some pictures from a trip in late September 2015 and these are from the Eastern part of the Dolomites.

A beautiful set of images. #1, the sunlight breaking through the clouds, even with the small sun flares is a stunning capture. thumb.gifthumb

Love the way your chase the light in your locations. Question about #1: is that a single frame or blend?

Thanks very much. It is a single shot. It is shot with a Nikon D810.
