These used to reach their flowering peak in April. This year, they are starting in late December.
I used triple flash, first with the Printing Nikkor 150mm at its lowest optimum magnification, giving a FOV of ca 34mm. As this would not quite fill the frame I used my Kiron 105mm for the second shot, with one flash above and one below the lens.
I used the minimum aperture of f11 with the Nikkor and f16 with the Kiron, both with ISO 200. This is the first time I have used the smaller and lighter FL-36R flash, in place of my large, heavy 50R. I don't yet have a diffuser for the new one.
