Would it be possible to send direct email notification about html changes to users who have explicitly referenced affected classes in their css code?

Anything's possible, though in all actuality, probably not likely, due to the fact that a lot of these class names are very generic and people write a lot of generic/bad CSS that may not be impacted by any changes. I'd hate to email them and confuse them when it doesn't pertain to them. The bigger topic here is: "notify us when things change" and we have a number of ideas on what we can do to improve that.
