Search modifications

Hi,
I don't like the search function as the only option I want to give visitors to my site is to search on "Galleries". Does anyone know a way to either:

1) Get rid of the other options so that it only searches on galleries
2) Keep all the options, but make galleries the default (at the moment it defaults on photos).

    If you add a search box you can specify galleries as the default result. 2016-01-01_15-40-10-M.jpg

    Fantastic - thanks for that! What I'm struggling with it to know how I get rid of the current search page I have and set-up a new one using your suggestion. My site is www.elmani.com if that helps.
