    Hi BethD -
    I like your photo!

But - you will get better interaction if you post your photo directly instead of posting a link to the post.

The URL you used is fine, but instead of pasting that in as text, click the icon above that looks like a mountain and paste it in there. Your photo will show directly in the post. I've included a screen shot below that shows the dialog you will see when you click the mountain icon.

Also, take a look at the help How to Embed an Image in Your Post.

Take a look at some of the posts at the end of The Never Ending Alphabet Game Challenge! to see the difference between posting a link and posting the photo directly.

    --- Denise

Thank you! I tried but I don't think it worked although everything looked like your screen shot. Maybe I need to start a new post? I tried by editing and I don't see an image. I'll try again tomorrow!

Hi Beth, Welcome to Landscapes! I fixed the URL for your post. You had ended up with two http prefixes.

Beautiful photo. I love the natural selective coloring of the bright red barn against the monochromatic winter scene. The antlers growing out of the roof are a bit freaky. :giggle But all in all a very pleasing shot. thumb.gif

I think this is stunning! What a Christmas card!!! I would really consider cloning out the tree branches on the building. It would be more pleasing over all and the eyes would not be looking at antlers.

Love the shot and feeling it projects but the "crazy hairs" do bother me.

Great image, I can take or leave the "crazy hairs", but I love the way the red barn stands out against the white and grey background. thumb.gifthumb

I might have composed the image with a little less ground up front and a bit more of the sky above, but that would just be my take.
