Any chance of supporting SSL with custom domains?

I guess the answer is "no".
I have set up SSL on my photo website, but, as expected, I have an issue with using it in conjunction with SM as the domains don't tie up. However, even accepting this exception, I get a 403 forbidden message from Cloudfare which is running on nginx.
Is there or probably are there any plans to support some kind of SSL. Some people are becoming so paranoind, and particularly if they're viewing photos which they deem to be of a sensitive nature, would far prefer any data transmission to be encrypted. Just a thought
