    Thanks to all for the comments. The shot was taken at the Sanford (FL) Zoo's herpetarium.
    And, taken with the lens pressed up against the glass. Shots through glass sometimes work,
    and sometimes the camera can't find the focus, and snakes don't pose while I manually focus.

    A shot of a Mamba (Eastern Green, not Black) is slightly off, so it's not included.

    I did not request permission to shoot from within any snake's enclosue. I want a quarter inch of glass between us.
