LR plugin exporting video?

AVI and MOV files seem to get rejected when I use the smugmug plugin in LR4 to export to my smugmug album, it complains "No suitable video export preset found".
Is this just flat not supported, or is there some trick I need to do in LR4 to enable this?

I recommend that you set your SmugMug Plugin like this { Lightroom Publishing Service }:

Please make sure that one video does not exceed 3GB in file size or 20min in length.
oh, here it is, on 'edit settings' on the smugmug publisher... 'include video files' is checked, but the two boxes under it are greyed out ?? fyi, I'm running LR 4.4 on Windows 10.latest. Do I need to upgrade to a newer version of LR or something?
Thank you in advance.
again, this is Lightroom 4.4, I'm on Windows 10. I do have quicktime 7 on here (itunes demanded it). Smugmug plugin is 3.0.2.0.
the files I'm currently trying to export are AVI (from a Moultriecam 'trail camera'), 16MB each (10 second videos, 1280x720 15 fps, MJPG yuv, with 11kbps muLaw mono audio). I've had the same problem with short videos in MOV format from my Canon 60D or EOS M (60D videos are MOV mp4 1080p 30fps with PCM audio).

Please send this information to our help desk, we may ask you to send us one of those files using our dropbox account. Please attach a link to this thread as well.
Thank you
whack.
That was fast and easy! Let me know if those files have been uploaded fine.
