ftp, or commandline jpgs and folders into smugmug?

I've got a bunch of old pictures in folders locked up in an old gallery3 installation on a linux box. I'm looking to get them all migrated, keeping their folder structure basically intact, to a sub-folder on smugmug.

I used to use smugftp, but I see that's now defunct.

Any other suggestions? thanks!
