Simpler 'contact me' form

Hi,
Have just registered to Smug and set up a site. Am now doing a contact me form and on testing with a simple 'hello' I noticed that each and every single message delivered through their system comes with a whole unnecessary paragraph attached below the message.
I really don't need Smugmug policing me or my visitors or feeling they need to hold our hands during any and all communications. This is quite invasive.
How on earth do I get rid of that?

The following email was sent to you by hello@hotass.com, a visitor to your SmugMug website at <http://bla bla bla/>.

If you don't like the email from the SmugMug contact form then don't use the smug contact me capability.
You can use a Wufoo form as a contact page. See help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1259577-how-do-i-add-a-wufoo-form-to-my-site-.

Hi Denise, thanks for your reply. No I don't like it one bit. Do you? Looking at your post count I'll assume you work for them so that ind of makes sense.
Is Wufoo the only other option that exists? (I'm going to ignore your like it or like it attitude.)
For a site that claims almost total site wide customisation one single other option hardly meets that grand statement.
I tested the the Smug version too. Out of 8 contacts forms filled and sent only 4 arrived in my inbox. Then when replying to them not a single message was received in the opposite direction. Not only that.. those that did arrive took up to 10 minutes which by modern email standards is worse then lame.
I'm sorry you don't like my approach; I'll keep that in mind and not answer additional questions from you.
As far as I know you have two options for contact forms from your site. You can use the SmugMug contact form and accept the form of the email you receive, or use a Wufoo form instead.

Third option. I use WordPress for my site and I have a plugin that creates a contact form.

There are definitely other options for a contact form that isn't hosted at smug, possible if the OP has a place to host it.

Yes.
If the OP had the option of creating a sub-domain and used the self-hosted version of WordPress in that sub-domain, that would be an option.
