Looking to change my homepage gallery slideshow

SO I have the links to my galleries at the bottom of my smugmug page. I am trying to change it to look like the site in the image I have attached.

Can anyone give any advice on which way I should go? Are there any plugins that I can use to achieve this effect?

There are no plugins like WordPress and to my knowledge, there is no way to display a slideshow like that using SmugMug. Hopefully SM will add that option....some day.
