Hello. I've been a loyal smugmug client for many years now. Love smugmug. Every year i do a redesign to my website during the last part of Dec and beginning of Jan to keep things fresh and interesting. This year, with the new design, every morning I wake up and it's like someone went in and rearranged my website as well as possibly deleted images from galleries. This morning I woke up to what looks to be 6 galleries that have had all the images deleted from them or entire galleries missing from the file/page altogether. For instance, this page below I opened up this morning and it only had the 2011 galleries assigned to it when I had saved and check that page it had 2007 to 2015 on it and for several days.

http://www.auphoto.net/NG/Rodeo (at the bottom are the galleries that are now empty)

I'm not understanding what I'm doing wrong or where all of those files went.

Can anyone help me?

I have clients trying to access images that are not there now, but were there last night and before.

I'm in tears right now trying to figure this out.

Thank you.
Michelle

I see galleries back to 2007, and I see photos inside the few 2007 galleries that I checked. You could try re-booting, and/or making sure your computer is updated. (This wouldn't explain why your customers also don't see images, though, I think.)

Oh, wait, 2008 appears to have a problem. I see several blank folders and a gallery, and there is nothing inside them.

You should just contact the HelpDesk right away; the sooner the better. I'm pretty sure they'll be able to solve this and restore your photos (or I pray that's so, since I've seen weird stuff like this in the forums before & they almost always seem to resolve it)

I took a peek and I don't see any images that have been deleted after Jan 26, 2016. I do see all of your galleries that have been deleted, but I can't tell if those are recent or not, since I'm seeing galleries you intentionally deleted mostly. As Winsome mentioned, your best bet is to email the Support Heroes and they'll be able to straighten you out! Rest assured, your photos haven't been deleted!
