Welcome to the forum. A very nice night shot of Cleveland for your first post.

The city of Cleveland has come a long ways from the early 70's when it was known as "The mistake on the Lake"

    Keep the images coming.

Very nice shot. I clicked the image to visit your photobucket page and saw another version that I actually prefer. The image posted here almost appears to have a bit of diffraction going on, but the second image on your photobucket page looks much more crisply focused. That's not meant as a critique so much as it is a curiosity.

Were both images shot at the same settings? Are they both edited versions of the same image?

Beautiful scene, nonetheless and you captured it well!

It's nice, but a shot at the blue hour would be smashing. Plus I would do a bonus shot with a tighter frame around that group of skyscrapers.
And I would always go for the native iso100.
