Lightroom Plugin asking to configure system every time i launch Lightroom

Each time I launch Lightroom I get a dialogue box with the text: "Lightroom needs to configure your system for the SmugMug plug-in.". I have the options of OK and Cancel. I hit OK every time and then get a Windows UAC dialogue asking if I want to allow this....to which I also say yes.
The problem is that this happens every time I launch Lightroom. It apparently is never truly doing what it keeps asking to do.
Any suggestions?
System Config:
Lightroom CC 2015.4
Smugmug Plugin v3.0.4.0
Windows 10 Pro

Same problem/irritation here....unchecked the box, but do not know what "authorizing one more time" means.
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom\lightroom.exe" -register
(Do include the quote symbols shown on the line above; also, you may need to adjust the drive name and folder path to match the location of your Lightroom install)
Make sure to open the command window as an administrator.

Yay, that worked for me, 3 years later. ("C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic CC\lightroom.exe" -register)
Awesome! Thanks for letting us know!
