All images appear as broken links

I don't know if this is related to smugmug customizations or some other problem, but all images on our family smugmug site appear as broken links. I tried applying a new site-wide design in order to wipe the customization slate clean, but no joy. Any tips appreciated on how to fix this.

I looked through several galleries but did not see any broken links. If you still see that please copy and paste a link to the gallery or galleries and email it to help@smugmug.com
