Exposed granite becomes breathtaking barrenness at the Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve 20 minutes east of Atlanta. This was my first time there and I was awe struck. The granite was quarried for years, and now is an exquisite park with trails for hiking and biking. Your comments and suggestions are so helpful! I invite your critique. Here's the link to the park: http://arabiaalliance.org/explore/plan-your-visit/visit-davidson-arabia-nature-preserve/
