Changing a Homepage Image

I'm trying to change the homepage image for my newborns gallery as the one the site is picking up isn't what I want. I've tried changing the order of the images, tried deleting the picture from the gallery completely. Same picture still shows up.

How can I get it to display a different image?

Go into gallery settings for that gallery and select a feature image.

Go to the Gallery Settings in the Organizer or in the Customize menu. On the Basics tab, there is a setting for Feature Image. You can select the image of your choice there. If you don't select a feature image, SM picks one by some incomprehensible algorithm.
