Sort Galleries by Name in Folder

Working in Organizer on a folder whose galleries are sorted by Name, I changed the Title of a gallery (via its Gallery Settings). The gallery immediately re-sorted properly in the Organizer, among the other galleries in that folder. But after clicking "Done," the new sort wouldn't stick for the tiled folder view -- until I ALSO changed the gallery's Custom URL to fit my desired sequencing. So it seemed that the Organizer Name sort is driven by gallery Title, and the non-Organizer sort is driven by Custom URL. But it's not quite that simple, because if I only changed the gallery's Custom URL via the Organizer, there was no sort change in the Organizer view NOR in the "Done" view. So, apparently, Title is used in the Organizer, and both Title and Custom URL are used in the "Done" view -- ??

My expectation was that "Name" refers only to "Title."
