Menu Bar Animations

Hi everyone,

I don't know if this is possible without Smugmug allowing Javascript customizations but I figured I'd ask anyways. I'm looking to have my homepage menu bar slide in from the left on when someone visits my website. If one of you knows how to do this, that would be very helpful!

(I just Googled "sliding menu bar using css no javascript" and this came up first
There may be better solutions)
