Tiny Weevils Mating

Someone has just posted a lovely set of an Australian weevil in another forum. Responding to his remarks that finding a pair is unusual, I dug out these two images.
I had left them unprocessed because the lighting could be better and the highlights are too bright. Anyway, I have done what I can to make these presentable. They are still short of what I would like but are reasonable record shots.
These two were found when I turned over some bark which had been lying on the ground in my garden. Although not recorded, these must have been taken with my reversed Schneider HM 40 at f16, with twin flash. The weevils were only 3-4mm long. I caught them at the heavy petting stage!
