The Tamron SP 180mm 35th Anniversary Edition was made with the highest specification Tamron could use in the film era. It is not macro lens but here I have used it with 55mm of tubes behind it, the lens at f16 and ISO 200. The camera was hand-held.
I used two Nissini Di700A flash off-camera, with drop-down diffusers. The light is a little harsh, due to my unfamiliarity with the angle of coverage, but I was more interested in the lens performance on that camera.
The lily is the one featured in my last two topics, there at higher magnification with the HM40 lens. It is about thumbnail size.
I used the high pass Topaz NR processing technique on these and on some of the previous images.

If mine, the little thing creeping up in bottom left of the first one.....I would try to clone it out.
Cheers!
Thanks.
I had to replace the image at the host site so the "little thing" remains a mystery for anyone else viewing.
