Control of synchronization with Lightroom export

Would it be possible to set up the sync routine so that after selecting the image match I can determine which way I want the keywords and captions to match?

Smugmug allows me to have my browser's spell check helping me out with the captions, but Lightroom's large caption editor is very primitive and not that easy to see compared to Smugmug (once you get used to working in the lower left corner). So it would be very helpful to be able to see that there are two different captions and to determine which is the correct one. (The first line or two would be sufficient, along with flag indicating a match or not.

However, since I use keywords for organizing in Lightroom, I do want to see if I have a different set on Smugmug for a particular image and decide which way I want to sync keywords.

Currently our LR Plugin is only one-directional: it will send keywords modified in LR up to SM, but we don't send keywords back from SM to LR. We're working on bi-directional sync'ing and a method to merge conflicts (when the 2 are different). Stay tuned.

    To beat a dying horse....

Please make sure there is some way to say "LR always wins stop asking me", or I guess for others, the reverse. eek7.gif
