Change Size of Font for Title based on screen size

The Title of my page is displayed fine on my desktop. On my mobile device it wraps around. How can I change the font size to keep it on one line. It would be better to force a max font size and keeep the title on one line vs just a smaller font size which may work for some mobile devices and not others
