How to add a form?

I have a form I use for clients to fill out and message me their questions.
Is it possible to have this installed as a clickable link on my smugmug.com page?
And how would I do that if it's possible?

If the form is a wufoo form then you can present the form in a content element on a page on your site. Wufoo is in the Services section of content elements.

If it is another type of form you can include an HTML content element on your site, then use an <a href= statement to open the form outside of your site.

For example:

<a href="http://your.form.url.here">click for form</a>

If you need help with the HTML include a link to your form here and someone can help with the html.
