Viewing Download Details

Is it possible to view if a client has actually downloaded their gallery or not? I'm not sure if I'm asking the right question.

    At this time, it's not possible to see whether or not a visitor has downloaded from a gallery, sorry. You can see image view statistics under Account Settings > Stats > Photo Views, but SmugMug doesn't log or track downloads there at this time.
