Step 1: Align/rectify the 2 images (taken either with a mono camera or a stereo camera) using http://3dstereophoto.blogspot.com/2016/02/epipolar-rectification-9b-er9b.html -> this gives a rectified stereo pair which you can then be the input to your favorite automatic depth/disparity map generator. Note that the epipolar rectifier also gives the minimum and maximum disparity, which is often an input for the depth map generator. Properly aligned/rectifies images is key to generating good depth/disparity maps. StereoPhoto Maker (SPM) usually doesn't give good enough aligned images in the context of depth map generation.

Step 2: Generate left and right depth/disparity maps using http://3dstereophoto.blogspot.com/2014/05/depth-map-automatic-generator-5-dmag5.html or your favorite depth/disparity automatic map generator
Step 3: Generate the synthetic intermediate frames aka tweeners from the left and right images and the left and right depth/disparity maps using http://3dstereophoto.blogspot.com/2014/10/frame-sequence-generator-6-fsg6.html
Here's an example: http://3dstereophoto.blogspot.com/2016/05/3d-photos-gilbert-pink-granite-stone.html
Step 4: Interlace the frames with http://lenticularimagecreator.com/ and make the lenticular.
Software is all free to use and works on windows 64 bit.
For more free windows software to:
- create depth/disparity maps from stereo pairs (stereo matching),
- generate intermediate synthetic views (lenticular),
- create depth/disparity maps from multiple views (multi-view stereo matching),
- create 3D dense reconstruction from multiple views (stereo from motion and multi-view stereo),
- perform 2D to 3D image conversion (stereo conversion),
- perform edge-preserving smoothing, and
