Profile Cover Photo is Blank

I chose my profile cover photo in the Edit Profile settings, however the photo does not show up on my homepage, logged-in or not logged-in. All that I see is the blank section where the cover photo is supposed to be. My homepage: https://picturecollection.smugmug.com/ FYI, I made sure that the aspect ratio of my selected cover photo is 1:3.

Try these steps to add the cover photo to the profile content block.

customize > content and design > hover over the profile content block > wrench icon > choose the cover photo in the options there > done

It sounds like you fell into a trap we tried to get rid of a few months ago. There was a pesky option where we would let you use "Custom Data" for your Profile Content Block. If you did this, changes to your "Edit Profile" wouldn't be reflected in the Content Block. We wanted to get rid of this confusing setting and make it so that it always pulls from the "Edit Profile" data. When we rolled out the update, Profile Content Block's previously set to Custom, like yours, still use the custom data because we didn't want your site to change on you.

Even though Heather's option worked, I'd recommend deleting the old Profile Content Block and adding a new one -- it'll then always use the information from your "Edit Profile".
