Underline the Header, please help

Hello all!

My current header is grey and the rest of the page white (www.miguel.cz) but what I would really love to have is a white header, with just a thin grey line to divide it from the rest of the page.
I've visited all Smugmug customization pages but I can't find this trick anywhere...

I've tried this CSS but it won't work:

.sm-page-header
{
    border-bottom: 10px solid #cccccc !important;
}

border-bottom: 10px solid #cccccc !important;
}
