Folder Preview Image Not Changing

I have a Folder called "New Images" I am trying to change the image but it won't change. I go to the Organizer for the folder > settings > feature image. I select the image I want then save. The new image does not appear. I then tried customize > folder settings > featured image. Still doesn't appear. I am lost.

    I believe you're referring to this gallery here: http://take.ms/d8y2N correct? The 'Featured' image is showing for me both logged in and logged out: http://take.ms/NR97k .
