A few Cerius Cactus Blooms from our Season. They are much more vibrant at night. The bats come in like bees through the day. The early mornings are the last time to view the blooms as they slowly wilt and fall off.
The later are taken early in the day.
Two different varieties. You can tell the difference if you look at the petals.
1. Are the stars out tonight?
2. Waiting for the bats
3. sunrise light
4. nearing the end
5. don't look into the light
6. delicate petals under the morning sun
7. strength in numbers before they succumb to the sun
