Can't upload video via LR plugin

I have read through many posts on this topic but could not an answer that works.
Video uploads just stall during the process. The videos are usually short iPhone clips.
System stats:
Mac OS 10.10.5
LR vCC
SmugMug plugin v3.0.7.0
Thoughts, suggestions, work-arounds?
