Lightbox Caption Box - Stop the hover roll!

I've been going crazy trying to stop the hover roll on light boxes.
Is there any way at all to keep the box at the bottom permanently 'up' so it doesn't disappear below into the depths of the unknown?

You could try the customization linked from the page Always Show Lightbox Captions.

But before you try that, would setting auto hide controls to off on lightbox solve the problem?

With a gallery open, Customize... Content and Design.
On the right, hover over lightbox and change the setting.

Thanks but I've tried and just stops the it from fading out, my issue is the caption box at the bottom.
I have the name of the gallery and keywords, when clicking on an image from a keyword selection the gallery name drops off screen.
