So this is the Tiger's Nest in Bhutan (10,000' elev +/-), a Buddhist monastery

Legend has it Buddha rode a tiger to there; probably unlikely...

Monks live there. They eat , drink etc..

Crops are hard to grow there (they roll down the hill)

So how do the monks eat? They get their food delivered ...

That's halfway up the hill...

The balance goes this way...

This is one of my favorites

In a small mountain village in Nepal

No bokeh needed... the ravine was filled with smoke from wildfires
