Statistics not working

I am just wondering if the statistics are not working for me or if it it the same for others. I have reported it several times over the past week and have been told that it can take up to 48 hours for the statistics to update. But, that isn't the problem since it has been over a week. This may not be a problem for some, but for those of us who used image counts to help with orders it is.

    Yikes. Mine too. :uhoh Absolutely nothing in the last seven days. We have a flatline. Call the doctors and the crash cart!

    Their SM status page shows no problems for the last week. How could this have gone unreported and overlooked that long?

    I'm have the same problems, and this happened to me in the past. In the past the problem was fixed with in a couple of days, but not now. I reported it to them this morning again.

    We've identified an item that was causing stats processing to come to a halt and therefore make stats appear to have dropped off. The most recent stats will be prioritized first and then we'll work backwards and fill in the previous days worth of stats. Tomorrow I'll have a better idea of how quickly we will catch up.

    Thanks Aaron - I was wondering what might have caused a significant drop in my statistics.
    Glad that you are aware of it and are working through the issue.

    And thanks Jerry for raising the issue - put my mind at ease knowing it was a system problem and not just me

    I was curious to check my stats as I've not done so in while. I get a totally blank page.

    Mine seem to be working fine. Are you running something that blocks Flash in your browser perhaps? Try starting your browser with plugins disabled. If that doesn't fix it, then I suspect it's something specific to your account and you should contact the SmugMug support heroes.

    I can see statistics on my site with no problem.
    I wonder if there is a browser cache issue. Do you see the same issue in a different browser?

    It works in Chrome but not Firefox. I cleared the cache too. No worries. It's not that important to me.

    While I hate to be the 'squeaky wheel' again I am doing it. For several days there have been no 'today' or 'yesterday' statistics. I did report it and was told that it is being worked on. Since then the solution seems to be that they are just deleted and no longer show. As I have said before, I am one that uses the daily statistics and it is my most used item on Smugmug. So, how about having another round of work to get it back?

    Our Engineers hope to have a fix shortly. Once fixed, today and yesterday stats will be visible.

    Yes, thank you for the update - fwiw I too have been without yesterday/today stats since last Friday, 3/24/17.

    I too am looking forward to having today and yesterday working again. In the meantime, you can see yesterday by selecting it as the start date of the date range and today as the end date. It's not as convenient as the direct link, but it works. Selecting today as start and end returns nothing, however. Since today was never real time, I'm not sure how much that matters--it really only showed the count as of an indefinite number of hours ago.

    I never lost my stats (lately - disregard the pic from a year ago above). Have been using Chrome, as was another poster above. Looks to be browser related.

    I normally use Safari, but also tried Chrome and Firefox. I had the same results with all three. Were you on a Mac or a PC? I was using a Mac.

    We temporarily hid the "Yesterday" and "Today" buttons since they weren't working -- all browsers would have seen it hidden. The links were re-enabled it after functionality was restored.

    No, I'm just a customer of SM, just like all of you. Moderators don't have special secret permissions for SM stats :D Might be a good idea though (just kidding).

    I'm on an old Mac Pro, and use Chrome since Safari is spotty for many things. Honestly, I haven't even tried Safari for my stats in at least a year or more.
    EDIT: Ha. Safari couldn't even load my SM pages. It is an outdated copy, so that doesn't surprise me.

    Stats collection wasn't down -- we were still collecting stats, there was just an issue when you tried to click on "Show Just: today, yesterday...".

    Statistics for the last few days seem non-existent again, in Chrome. Looks a lot like my first embedded pic in this thread. It is possible that I had no hits at all, but the last time I saw this trend, the stats were actually broken. The Today and Yesterday tabs currently display nothing.

    Yep same here. But if you report it you will be told that it can sometimes take several days before the stats are uploaded. Loss of stats almost always happen when I need them to start finishing the ones that have the highest views - like yesterday.
