    Your quite right Taz, I thought the same when I stitched them. I should follow the experts advice and zoom out a bit, but I'm obsessed with making my mountains loom large, and so zoom in tight most of the time! lol
    I've added a bit of sky to the below two (in photoshop). I think if I add anymore I'll be pushing my luck! There's a little more breathing space though!

    Still wonderful! Yeah, zooming out and using vertical panos, and 30-40% overlap....gives us the best chance....as sometimes it just gets too weird and doesn't stitch.
