Got up early for a cold winter sunrise at the spit on the Gold Coast.

    Hi Geoff! Nice first post!
    I think it is bit saturated, but for me bigger trouble is top half of the sky......I am guessing it is HDR....and overlaying with cloud movement is not working......
    However, lower half is pretty awesome!

    Thank for your replies much appreciated, i need to get some cc to improve. There wasnt any overlay with cloud movement, just 13sec exposure and no hdr was used, just a bit of lightromm and luminosity masks in photoshop and the colours really did pop but saying that i did add a touch to them.

    The blurry, moving sky makes me dizzy. I agree with others that it may be a little overly saturated to my taste, but if you like it... Go for it.
