Sunset in the Whitsundays

I spent a few days in the Whitsunday Island group in North Queensland, Australia recently. I can highly recommend it. A controlled burn on South Molle Island provided beautiful sunsets.

    Lovely scene Andrew! I am not sure about two bushes....if mine, I would see how it looks like without the one on the right.....cheers!

    I like this as well, Andrew, although like Taz, I'm not sure about the trees in the foreground. If it were me I'd probably play around with several different crop possibilities.

    Like the mood your image provides, but unnecessary elements encroaching from the sides is a deal breaker. Too distracting to the main subject. Zoom in, or use some Photoshop to rid your image of the distractions. Love the color contrast between the sky and water. The light see through cloud formation and the gentle wake of the distant boat is very cool. The composition with the boat near the middle of the image works for me in this image.
