Site Design Issue

After years of change on top of changes its time to start over and simplify. So I am trying to back everything out. My Folder level is ok:

Its the gallery level thats a problem:

I don't want the gallery name and 3 buttons. I think its part of the design. I have even added CCS code to remove the gallery name.

What I want is
Title
Menu
Separator
gallery
lightbox

How do I modify the basic design. Thanks in advance

This in "all galleries" should hide it all.
