Horizontal Nav background color?

I am trying to adjust the background color on the horizontal nav bar for this page:

I do not want to change the color for the entire header area.

I want to copy this page:

This css should do the trick for you - in theory at least:

.sm-page-layout-region-top > .sm-page-layout-row:nth-child(2) > .sm-page-layout-column.yui3-u {
    background-color: green;
}

PS: use the color you want instead of the green

Try this. The background color I picked is just a 20% black opacity.

/* Adds 20% Black Opacity Background */
.sm-user-ui .sm-page-widget-15205114{
    background-color: rgba( 0, 0, 0, .2 );
    padding: .1px; /*Needs a small padding to fill the background*/
    }

Thanks. I could not make Lille's work, but Mike's did. I just tweaked the color code.
