I got this email from Helsinki, Finland requesting a total of 270 prints from 4 image files seen on my web site ... nothing else - that's it. The guy wants a quote, including shipping ... ?? What the ... ?
I sent a reply stating all prints are ordered from the web site, and I asked for size info. He responded a few days later, and gave me pixel size for all prints - no length x width - what the ... ?
My last response: what will these prints be used for? What is Your role in their use? What is Your title - i.e. art consultant, broker, ... ? I cannot provide a cost if I don't know the LxW dimensions ... nothing as of this writing.
Has Anyone Else had a similar experience? How did this turn out for you? Please advise.
