Tiles on Maps are no longer working

Problems with the tiling on the maps just started (July 11,18:30EST)

Mapquest overlays the map with a graphic that says that as of July 11, 2016 direct tile access has been discontinued.

Thanks Denise. Problem seems to be fixed now although the maps now look different.

MapQuest discontinued their maps service that we were using and the maps have been upgraded to their latest and greatest maps, which accounts for the slight visual change. We have some access to control the look and feel of the maps and we'll be continuing to tweak them to match the look and feel we'd like (and maybe throw in a few easter eggs?!).

With the info overlay open and using the keyboard arrows to navigate between photos the whole web page
moves R & L behind the overlay.

Still have a major problem. There is no way without looking at EVERY gallery photo info
overlay to find any GEO tagged photo.

Hi Allen,
Yes, we still have your feature request in our minds from the many other forum posts you've made about it. It's something we'd like to add in the future.

Please let me know if you find any other problems with the map tiles not working, which is the OP's topic.

I like the change, whether it was forced or not. Thanks, Smug sorcerers, for getting it back up and running so soon.

Gads, thanks for finally getting rid of MapQuest!!! At first glance it seems that the satellite view is finally usable in Europe. Yippee!!

...and just to be OT, I'll chime in with Allen with the wish that the map feature really be functional for those of us who geotag our photos.
