Pedraza is a tiny village of Segovia, north of Madrid. While it only has about 500 inhabitants, it manages to attract a fair number of tourists because of its stark beauty.

Great shots Richard

Has it been that long?... It seemed like only yesterday...
I'm not generally a big fan of the squared-up format but that last shot is crying out for the treatment. Pull the right edge in until the tree ( ? ) is completely gone but no further than that. Pull the left edge in until it almost, but not quite, touches that tip of the squared column top. To me, that turns this shot into something special.
Stay safe,
Tom

Cristóbal is right. Although it was originally settled much earlier, the existing buildings were first built in the 13th century and rebuilt in the 16th. Plumbing and electricity presumably are more recent. The really nice thing is that the entire town is consistently old--not a Starbucks to be found.
I'm pretty sure that's another column on the right--not a lot of trees in that town. Square doesn't work--you lose the left column--but a 4 x 3 crop produces what I think you're suggesting.
I like it. Thanks.
I don't have an IR camera, but I agree that there's a lot of potential there.

My fav is #2 because of the leading lines, and mysterious doorways.
I too like the revised crop better... that's a keeper!
