SmugMug slideshow

I'm having problems making adjustments in a SmugMug slideshow.
I have the Power Plan.
On my Homepage I click on Customize, then content and design
On the right side at the top I click on All Folders
Then under that I click on Background
Slideshow is highlighted
Under playback I have changed Speed to 1, transition to Fade and Transition speed to 1
However all I get is a slow slideshow that takes 3 or more seconds to go to the next pic.
I've watched videos and searched youtube but its just not happening
What am I doing wrong?
